The HubSpot Consultant will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional implementations and providing strategic guidance across internal and external teams. They will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from small-scale optimizations to large-scale transformations to improve sales processes, customer segmentation, and reporting.

Essential Job duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation and configuration of HubSpot across marketing, sales, and customer service teams.     
  • Create and optimize HubSpot workflows, automation, and integrations to align with business objectives.
  • Oversee the daily operation of HubSpot CRM, ensuring data integrity, clean data management, and user adoption.
  • Develop and implement CRM strategies to improve sales processes, customer segmentation, and reporting.
  • Train teams on HubSpot use and best practices.
  • Analyze data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for campaign improvement.

Requirements:

  •           Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on experience with HubSpot in a consulting or specialist role.
  • HubSpot certifications are a plus.
  • Energetic, confident, self-starter with the ability to work independently and thrive in the dynamic environment of a growing company.
  • Experience in a client-facing role is a plus. Looking for someone who is comfortable working with and communicating with clients/internal teams.
  • Detail oriented, with strong time management and planning skills to effectively meet deadlines
  • Strong technological skills with the ability to quickly and efficiently learn new systems.
