Duties:

The HR Intern is responsible for a variety of administrative HR tasks to support our growing business of 100+ employees.  This person will work closely with the VP of HR on tasks related to employee data management and reporting, benefits administration, compliance tracking, employee onboarding administration and oversight, and annual audit activities.

 

Requirements;

Current student ideally pursuing a degree in HR or related field.  Will consider other majors (e.g., communications, personal finance, etc) if demonstrated interest in HR.

Prior professional work experience is preferred.  It doesn’t have to be related to our work, but I’d prefer that they’ve worked in a professional setting/office before

Familiarity with MS Suite – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams

Must be VERY detail oriented and organized
