The Senior Contract Analyst is responsible for negotiating and executing clinical trial agreements on behalf of our clients, research sites.  

• Review contract templates and redline terms to meet the needs and expectations of clients
• Work closely with clients to understand critical terms of agreement.  Develop playbook of preferred client terms and acceptable edits to be used in negotiations
• Facilitate contract negotiations with study sponsor to reach agreeable terms and coordinate contract execution
• Review protocol amendments to determine if contract amendments are necessary, and work to negotiate and execute amendments

Education and Experience:

• Associates degree or certificate in legal studies, paralegal, or related field
• At least 2 years experience reviewing and editing legal documents in the clinical research industry

Knowledge and Skills:

• Ability to understand and apply complex policies and regulations of a scientific and technical nature
• Excellent attention to detail and critical thinking skills
• Strong communication skills and the ability to negotiate difficult legal terms and reach consensus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities
